The hotel boasts a fantastic location just minutes away from the medieval city of Carcassonne, making it easy to explore cultural sites. The rooms are tidy, though the shower space is quite small. The service, while friendly, had its moments of disorganization, especially with dining reservations. Dining options were decent but could use improvement. Overall, it offers good value for a comfortable stay with a charming atmosphere.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, which is just steps away from the stunning medieval city of Carcassonne. The rooms were beautifully styled and comfortable, making it easy to unwind. The staff were attentive and really enhanced our stay, always going the extra mile. Although we had a minor issue with the available room, the prompt assistance received made our stay enjoyable overall. Breakfast was amazing, featuring delicious local ham. My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall, with a charming atmosphere and a great view of the fortress. The rooms were spacious and well-kept, providing a comfortable retreat. However, the experience was slightly marred by a fragrance issue in the room that proved troublesome for my asthma. The breakfast was delightful, but the dining experience could have been improved in terms of options at times. Still, the on-site amenities added to the overall enjoyment.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with its charming character and a location just minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome. However, I found the breakfast to be overpriced for what was offered. The noise from the bar area in the morning was a bit disruptive too. Overall, it provided a good value for the comfort and amenities available.

This hotel boasts a superb location just a stone's throw from the medieval city, which made exploring incredibly easy. My room was beautifully decorated, surprisingly peaceful, and I enjoyed the outdoor terrace. While the service was generally good, there were moments where it felt a bit impersonal. The breakfast was delightful but could have offered more variety. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but a few tweaks could elevate it even further.
